注塑加工企業(yè)技術(shù)人員指出，在注塑加工過程中模具的溫度是否適宜會直接影響到注塑產(chǎn)品的尺寸精度、外觀、內(nèi)在質(zhì)量及產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)效率，由此可見模具溫度的重要性。

注塑加工需要溫度調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)來達到產(chǎn)品溫度的要求。溫度調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)根據(jù)不同的情況可以分為冷卻系統(tǒng)和加熱系統(tǒng)兩種。一般情況下，注塑到模具內(nèi)的塑料溫度為200度左右，而注塑件成型后從模具型腔中取出時的溫度在60度以下。
